Travis Perkins Group has enhanced its property and environment division with five senior management appointments. As part of a five-year growth expansion plan, these appointments signal the ambition of the Group, with a further 20 positions becoming available due to the restructure.

Peter Webb has been appointed as divisional property director, general merchanting, Phil Joyce is now divisional property director, P&H, Nick Pinney has been appointed as divisional property director, contract merchanting, while Jim Adams has recently joined the Group as divisional property director, consumer division, along with Darren Screen who has been appointed as property finance director.

The restructure has allowed an additional 20 positions to be created within the Group’s property team at its head office in Northampton, including the promotion of Graham Lund to director of construction.

Martin Meech, Travis Perkins Group property director, said: “Our ambition post-recession is to substantially increase trading space over the next five years. This includes a considerable number of Brownfield or implant branches and stores, and more than 30 trade parks. The restructure and subsequent appointments we have made clearly demonstrate our commitment to these growth plans.”
