Howarth Timber & Building Supplies has appointed Mark Walters as the new branch manager at its Scunthorpe outlet.
Mr Walters has seven years’ experience in the timber merchant industry. In his new role he will be aiming to boost turnover, introduce new stock ranges and further enhance the merchant’s customer base.
“I aim to make a real impact at the Scunthorpe branch and hope to make it one of Howarth’s top-performing outlets,” he said. “Introducing new ranges and products will help us to expand our stock and our customer base, which in turn will see us record robust sales figures.
“I want to ensure that the Howarth brand is well-known in the Scunthorpe area and is the first port of call for tradespeople in our vicinity and beyond.”
