You can raise awareness for construction industry charity CRASH by donning a garish Christmas jumper at work.

On 14 December, CRASH is calling on people to wear their most in-your-face Christmas jumpers to work and make a donation to CRASH, which assists homelessness and hospice charities with construction related projects.

Next, take fun and festive selfies and tweet @CRASHcharity to share in the Christmas spirit and raise money for a good cause.

Donations are especially important this time of year as it can be very isolating to those in difficult circumstances.

This year, CRASH has helped 47 charities create homes for people facing homelessness and men, women and children receiving end of life care.
