Wolseley Group has announced it has acquired Logicool, an air conditioning and heat pump specialist business.
Logicoolwhich is based in Swadlincote, Derbyshire, is a specialist distributor of heat pumps, ventilation and air conditioning systems from industry-leading brands. Its expertise and knowledge provides customers with pre-sales advice and design, and after-sales support for all projects ranging from domestic to large commercial applications.
The Logicool business will enhance Wolseley’s renewables offering to include a wider product range and training opportunities, supported by the extensive expertise of its staff. Logicool will retain its brand identity and will operate as usual.
