Wolseley Group has announces its acquisition of Bluebay, an independent distributor of specialist civil engineering and construction building products.

Headquartered in Cardiff, and operating from four locations across the UK (in Gateshead, Warrington, Luton and Cardiff), Bluebay Building Products will strengthen the Infrastructure division of Wolseley, particularly its Burdens business.
