Sharples Davies Limited has announced the appointments of Charlotte Melling as a Recruitment Resourcer, Graham Wroe as a Freelance Recruitment Consultant, and Chloe Fairbrother as a Marketing Executive,

Charlotte Melling comes armed with a wealth of customer service skills and an eagerness for a career transition. With a keen desire for professional growth, Melling is poised to explore the dynamic recruitment sector, leveraging her existing skills, and committed to further developing her career within the organisation. 

Wroe’s professional journey began in the construction industry after completing his studies at the University of Leeds. His career trajectory includes notable roles in sales, beginning his career at Tarmac, followed by a stint in marketing before transitioning to Redland, later Lafarge Plasterboard.

At Lafarge Plasterboard, Wroe held various sales positions, ultimately reaching the position of Sales Director. He then became Sales Director at CRH Springvale. Subsequently, he joined Knauf Insulation, where he dedicated 17 years to the company. During this time, Wroe ascended to the position of Sales Director, overseeing the merchant and distribution side of the business.

Wroe stated: “With 40 years of experience in the UK building materials market mainly at senior level I am looking forward to helping the team at Sharples Davies as they move forward and expand their customer and candidate base.”

A recent graduate from the University of Oxford Brookes, Fairbrother achieved an Upper Second Class BA Hons in Marketing Management.
