
Spirotech has expanded its UK team with the appointment of Steven Peet as its new National Specification Manager.
Peet will lead the specification of HVAC products, including hydronic dirt, air, degassing, pressurisation and expansion, chemical and non-chemical water treatment solutions. As well as working closely with Spirotech customers, he will also contribute to the development of sustainable commercial building solutions, heat networks, data centres and will also represent Spirotech at industry associations.
Peet is an experienced building services engineer with over 40 years’ experience in the HVAC sector. This includes his previous role as National Specifications Manager at Flamco, which he held for five years. Prior to this, he worked with Baxi Commercial, Frese Ltd, Satchwell Controls, Trend Controls, and Landis Staefa.
Alongside this, Peet is involved with a number of industry groups and associations, including CIBSE, BSRIA, SOPHE, RSPH, and he is currently an industrial board member of London South Bank University. Additionally, in 2022, he was awarded CIBSE’s bronze medal for his contributions in the building services sector. He is also Chair of CIBSE Home counties south-east region.
