Following on from the company’s acquisition by Bathroom Brands Group last year, Showerwall has restructured its sales leadership team and is recruiting new Area Sales Managers.
The new structure sees Gareth Griffiths head up the National Trade Sales Team, Daniel Clapham takes on an Area Sales Manager role in the North – with further Area Sales Managers being recruited – and Mark Devanney working in the role of Head of Contract Sales.
The trio’s more than five decades of combined experience means they are equipped to develop new and existing relationships as the wall panelling market continues to evolve and grow in a difficult market.
Backed by Showerwall’s internal customer service function, the team are reconnecting with Showerwall retailer and merchant customers after the collapse of IDS last year, which led to the purchase of the brand by Bathroom Brands Group.
Griffiths said: “Showerwall is very much still here and is stronger than ever, as part of Bathroom Brands Group. We’re investing in a new sales team, new products and the service we give to customers.
“In a challenging marketplace, wall panelling is bucking the trend and experiencing growth as a category, thanks to being a low-maintenance product that is faster and more affordable to install than tiles.
“Our design-led ranges continue to offer an extensive choice to installers and homeowners, and we’re ready to support our customers in fresh and exciting ways.”
