The initiative will see the brand donate £5 to the charity with every sale from select retailers of a shower pump from its CT Force range.

Salamander Pumps, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of domestic water boosting solutions, has announced a new initiative as part of its ongoing partnership with the British Heart Foundation, available to plumbing merchants nationally.

The initiative will see the brand donate £5 to the charity with every sale from select retailers of a shower pump from its CT Force range – running for two months until 30 November.

The CT Force range encompasses Salamander Pumps’ brass shower and whole house pumps, suitable for gravity-fed systems, with ten different models available.

Simon Mitchel, Sales Director at Salamander Pumps, said: “We’re really pleased to be running this initiative in partnership with the British Heart Foundation. The charity is one that is very close to home here at Salamander Pumps, and it’s reassuring to us as a brand to know that the money we raise will help to fund the life saving research it undertakes.

“We hope our customers will also be pleased to know that a percentage of their purchase will be donated to such a worthy charity."

The scheme is the latest instalment of Salamander’s ongoing CSR programme, which has previously seen employees at the company partake in a Tough Mudder event, as well as competing in a step-count challenge, to raise further funds for the British Heart Foundation.
