As part of a multitude of innovations launched this year, Burton-based Russell Roof Tiles, has introduced a new role in its technical sales team.  

Bringing growth to the department, the new role, Technical Specification Manager, will help further develop the company's specification strategy and build its presence in the market.

With extensive expertise in the construction industry spanning over three decades, Dean Kemp brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success to the position.

Kemp, who has had a longstanding career in specification selling across many sectors will be overseeing the South East. His main responsibility will be to apply technical excellence to all levels of the business, developing Russell Roof Tiles presence across public sectors by providing support for local authorities, housing associations, specifiers and main contractors.

Kemp said: “Joining Russell Roof Tiles has given me the opportunity to use my expertise to assist in building a successful division with all the relevant support mechanisms and product offering.
