Ronseal Trade has added a new yacht varnish to its leading range of exterior woodcare and coatings products.
The clear, solvent based varnish delivers both a superb finish and fast application, with market leading drying and recoat times.
As a solvent based product, Ronseal Trade Yacht Varnish delivers reliable curing regardless of environmental conditions. The advantage of the new product is that it is rainproof in just four hours and can be re-coated in as little as eight hours - around half the re-coat time of a typical solvent varnish. This means the application can be completed faster.
Ronseal Trade Yacht Varnish is available in gloss and satin finishes and is suitable for all smooth planed exterior wood, including both new and previously varnished surfaces. It is therefore an ideal coating to protect and enhance wooden doors and window frames. The new Yacht Varnish creates a tough, long-lasting and high quality finish that resists cracking, peeling and blistering as well as accidental scratches. It is also waterproof and protects the wood from the damaging effects of the sun as well as highlighting the timber’s natural colour and preventing it from greying over time.
While the new trade range Yacht Varnish has been specially designed for trade professionals, the pre-existing Ronseal Yacht Varnish is also still available, providing homeowners and professionals with more choice. Ronseal Trade Yacht Varnish is available in 750ml and 2.5L pack sizes to make it simple to purchase the right quantity for the task.
