Roca Group UK has welcomed six additional Business Development Managers following a recent restructure, with the aim to strengthen its offering to retailers and merchants.
Hannah Conway is the new Retail Business Development Manager for the Midlands. She has over 10 years’ experience in ceramic and sanitaryware sales, having worked for Solus and, most recently, Davroc.
Marc Shepherd will cover the North East region. He has been in the industry since 2002, working for Graham Plumbers’ Merchant and more recently, Ideal Bathrooms.
Ross Moore is one of two new Merchant Business Development Managers in Greater North London, Essex & Berkshire. Having worked in sales across a range of industries, including plumbing supplies, Moore is keen to strengthen customer relations across the region.
He will work with David Cheeseman, who spent nine years as Key Account Manager at Crosswater and has also worked at CP Hart and The Bathroom Cellar.
Ross Hunter takes up the position in the North West region with over 20 years in the trade working for Plumbase, Wolseley and Aquajade.
Finally, Ian Gregory is the South West region’s new Merchant Business Development Manager. He brings an extensive knowledge of the kitchen, plumbing and bathroom industries to the sales team, having worked with Ideal Standard, Duravit, Showerlux, Symphony and Wolseley over the years.
The team is led by Jamie Welch, Roca UK's Field Sales Director, and will provide dedicated support in Roca UK’s key regions, as well as targeted sector support for its retail and merchant customers across the country.
Welch commented, “By expanding the teams, we are well placed to provide an outstanding service to customers, and to leverage Roca’s strong portfolio of new products. We have ambitious plans for growth, and our new team structure and talented new recruits will help us to achieve this.
“This year will see even more new products added to Roca Group’s extensive portfolio, further enhancing our reputation as a complete bathroom solutions provider. It couldn’t be a better time to expand and strengthen our Merchant and Retail sales teams, so we can invest in our customers and support them with exciting displays and dedicated training.”
