Following its acquisition by the Boyce Family Group, QEP UK Holdings has announced the appointments of Steve Collinge as Group Managing Director and Cam Gradwell as Chief Operating Officer.

As Group Managing Director, Steve Collinge will have direct responsibility for the three limited companies owned by teh business: Q.E.P. CO. UK, XPS Foam, and Tile Accessories.

He brings a wealth of consultancy, senior management and retailer experience with more than 30 years expertise in the home improvement industry. He has worked with several leading companies, while managing Insight Retail Group, along with senior positions at ICI and Cuprinol. 

Paul Boyce, CEO of QEP-UK, commented: “Steve is a proven leader with extensive experience in the home improvement sector.

“Under his guidance, we will continue to strengthen QEP-UK’s position into the leading Flooring and Tiling installation solutions provider in the UK. We are thrilled to welcome Steve to the team.”

Cam Gradwell joins as Chief Operating Officer of QEP UK Holdings Ltd, primarily focusing on Stakeholder Management, Commercial Finance and Supply Chain for the QEP-UK businesses.

He joins from Deloitte, where he was a Senior Audit Manager with experience operating in large and complex companies. He is expected to play a crucial role in growing the business, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency, continuing the drive to further improve QEP-UK’s organisational success.

Both roles report to Paul Boyce.
