Plumb Centre, part of Wolseley Group, has launched a new membership scheme, PlumbPro.
The scheme, which is now available to new and existing customers, has been built and developed from customer and industry research to deliver benefits and perks specifically for installers within the plumbing and heating industry.
PlumbPro, a proposition developed in-house by Emma Conroy, Strategy and Delivery Director for Wolseley Group, with a digital platform supported by Marketing Lounge Partnership, a specialist martech and loyalty service provider, has been developed using a digital-first focus, ensuring customer experience and accessibility to rewards and benefits are super easy and all manageable from a mobile device.
