Continued growth sees leading supplier of innovative building products PermaGroup appoint a key senior hire as a Group Sales Manager.
With almost two decades of building products experience, Holly Bramwell joins the business in the newly-established role and will support PermaGroup’s ambitious plans.
Despite many companies in the industry pulling back on recruitment as the Construction Products Association predicts construction output is set to fall by 4.7% due to the recession, PermaGroup has continued to set its sights on expansion into new markets, products and services. Bramwell will build the sales team function to underpin the ventures.
Adrian Buttress, Managing Director of PermaGroup, said: “Holly has a natural ability to guide and support sales teams and we’re really pleased to have her on board in a role that will utilise her key strengths, as well as giving an excellent career progression opportunity to take her to the next level by working with our existing sales team and building it up going forward.
“We will be looking to appoint several new salespeople within our organisation this year and Holly’s support will be instrumental to this.”
Bramwell has thrived in the building products industry ever since, honing her expertise in pitched roofs, windows, doors and many more products.
She said: “I’m looking forward to shaping the role as I get settled in. One of the reasons I was eager to join PermaGroup was to play a part in the HR side of the team too. I won’t only be overseeing the sales targets, strategy and customer service, I’ll also be looking at how we can add to the team with talented sales representatives across the country.
