Omega, the UK’s number one leading supplier to the independent kitchen retail sector, has announced a series of key internal promotions.
Effective July 1, 2025, Andrew Rawlinson will join the board as Customer Operations Director. Rawlinson has been an integral part of Omega since 2017, initially serving as Head of Planning and Service Delivery before excelling in his current role as Head of Customer Operations, S&OP, and Quality. His wealth of experience and dedication to operational excellence make him a valuable addition to the board. This appointment underlines Omega’s commitment to delivering outstanding service to its customers.
In addition, changes within the Finance Department include the promotion of Nicola Cook to Head of Finance. Since joining Omega three years ago, Cook has significantly improved the Finance team’s efficiency and strengthened financial controls across the business.
Megan Gardiner has also been promoted to Commercial Finance Manager. Since joining Omega two years ago, Gardiner has quickly developed extensive product knowledge and has played a crucial role in supporting both the Retail and Contracts divisions.
