
PJH has announced the appointment of Lynn Statham to the newly created role of Head of People.
Statham will be responsible for shaping and leading PJH’s staff strategy, reinforcing the company’s commitment to employee engagement, learning and development, and organisational growth.
With a career spanning over two decades in HR leadership, Statham brings a wealth of experience across retail, distribution, and logistics sectors. Prior to joining PJH, she held senior HR roles at Culina Logistics and The Pallet Network (TPN), where she was instrumental in implementing strategic people plans, enhancing employee engagement, and driving cultural transformation. She has successfully led major projects, including HR system integrations and leadership development initiatives.
