West Sussex-based builders' merchant, formerly known as DW Nye, has acquired truss manufacturer TrussTec.
The family-owned and run building supply company, based near Horsham, was founded in 1985 by David Nye.
Trusstec produces timber trussed rafters, roof trusses and Easi-Joist© metal web joists from its factory near Reading in Berkshire.
"This acquisition will allow us to expand further into the construction market and offer greater access for our clients to building, landscaping and timber solutions," said Managing Director Rex Nye.
The deal was supported by asb law's corporate finance team.
