Marshalls has made a series of senior leadership appointments in both its Landscaping business and at Group level.

Nick Platt joins Marshalls from Baxi, where he was the Sales and Marketing Director for the UK and Ireland, to become Managing Director for Landscaping. Prior to this, he held roles including Business Director for Built-in and Integrated Appliances for Haier Europe, and Category Manager for Buy It Direct. 

Michael Roden has rejoined Marshalls as Commercial Trading Director, having originally worked for the business between 2016 and 2021 as Regional Trading Manager for the North. 

Keith Brophy has also returned to the company as National Trading Director for
domestic projects, working closely with merchants and installers. He was originally part of the Marshalls team between 2008 and 2022, as a National Sales Manager.

Stacey Temprell joins as Group Marketing Director, responsible for the marketing of all Marshalls brands across both Landscaping and Building Products and will play a leading role in executing the business’ new ‘Transform and Grow’ strategy. 

She brings with her a wealth of experience in the built environment and in the marketing of technical, performance-based construction products, having previously worked as Group Marketing Director for Gripple, and Marketing Director for multiple brands within Saint-Gobain including British
Gypsum, and Isover Insulation.
