MKM Building Supplies, the UK's largest independent builder's merchant is delighted to be opening its 74th branch in Scunthorpe this week, creating 15 much needed jobs in the area.
The new branch is designed to be a one-stop shop for both local building trade and retail customers, offering a wealth of industry expertise and an extensive range of products and services.
MKM Scunthorpe will showcase a wide range of building essentials including, plumbing and heating, electrical, roofing, timber, plaster and plasterboard, doors, windows and joinery.
The branch will also feature a stunning kitchen and bathroom showroom and landscaping display, offering free designs and consultations to help customers get their projects off to a great start. The branch also offers a drawing takeoff service, brick matching and free local delivery.
MKM Scunthorpe is headed-up by two branch directors, Karl Wilmore and Kevin Danks, both from Scunthorpe and delighted to be opening doors for business.
Wilmore said: "The whole team is really excited about the new branch and I'm pleased to say that despite the challenges to businesses this year, we have been able to launch without a hitch.
