Lakes Showering Spaces has appointed Tracey Boulton to the newly created role of Head of Customer Experience, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to its customers.

Boulton has been with Lakes for 14 years and brings a wealth of brand and industry knowledge to this new position – with her understanding of Lakes’ customers’ needs and passion for continuous improvement making her the ideal candidate.

Boulton will oversee the development and implementation of customer experience strategies, ensuring that feedback is captured, analysed, and acted upon to enhance service levels.
