Kudos has expanded the in-house marketing department and welcomes two additional employees to support the business.

Monika Skrzesinska has joined the team as a Marketing Assistant. Skrzesinska, who has previously worked in marketing in a different industry, is now developing new Social Media channels for the Kudos business, growing following and engagement with its retailers and customers. She is also supporting the sales team with events and various sales initiatives.

Dave Lea has been working for the business as a freelance graphic designer since 2020 but has now joined the team on a permanent basis, Lea is responsible for creating the Kudos marketing materials, maintaining and developing the company’s website, and supporting the wider business as needed.
