Precon Products, a leading supplier of high-quality construction materials, is looking for a dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our growing team in Watford. In this exciting role, reporting to the Depot Manager you'll work directly with customers, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. If you have excellent communication skills, a knack for closing deals, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting all sales staff internally and externally
  • Regularly reviewing your sales targets and activity, key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Reporting on progress towards sales KPI’s, weekly reports and regular daily contact with your Line Manager(s).
  • Developing existing business and chasing new leads, following up on opportunities to generate sales from either External sales staff leads, suppliers and any other market intelligence.
  • Generating new leads and developing new and existing customers.
  • Networking with key suppliers in the industry when visiting the sales offices or over the telephone.

The ideal candidate:

  • Have extensive sales experience
  • Have knowledge and experience within construction
  • Be resilient and motivated
