Jewson has announced the opening of its new kitchens and bathrooms showroom in Kilmarnock.
The new branch is the largest of its kind in Scotland, and it is providing job opportunities for local people, with three initial new roles created – one full-time Showroom Manager and two part-time Sales Consultants.
The opening comes as part of a wider strategy from Jewson to extend its network of specialist showrooms across the UK from 25 to 100.
Alan Tombs, Business Unit Director at Jewson, said: “We’re really excited to have opened this showroom in Kilmarnock and we’re looking forward to welcoming customers from the wider Ayrshire community through the door. Kitchens and bathrooms have become the focal point of houses, providing relaxing spaces for busy homeowners and families to unwind in.
“We want to ensure tradespeople and homeowners have access to a professional service as well as the latest products that can help them create statement spaces.”
