
Several appointments have been made in the marketing teams of Instantor and Tucson Pumps, part of the Sanbra Group,
Debbie Moloney, who has been part of the Instantor team for 12 years, has been promoted to the position of Brand Manager, Instantor. Meanwhile, April Jones who joined the company in 2020, has moved to the position of Brand Manager, Tucson Pumps & Special Projects. They both will take on expanded responsibilities for their respective brands through strategic marketing planning, refined messaging, comprehensive reporting, and budget management.
Andy Burton has been promoted to Head of Marketing for Instantor, Marflow and MVI Hazel; key brands within the Heating, Plumbing & Kitchens Division of the Sanbra Group. With a successful career in marketing that spans over 35 years, Burton has been a member of the Sanbra Group team for three years and played a role in launching Instantor and Tucson in the UK.
Ian Moss has been promoted to the position of Senior Divisional Digital Marketing & Projects Specialist. He will continue to enhance the group’s digital capabilities, delivering exceptional support across all brands in the Heating, Plumbing & Kitchens Division. His priorities will include managing key projects, developing marketing strategies for major events, and advancing the integration of AI, marketing automation, and innovative technologies to keep the brands at the forefront of the industry.
In addition to these promotions, Tucson Pumps has expanded its team with the appointment of Neil Wilson as Head of Marketing. He brings 22 years of experience within the bathroom industry, with extensive expertise in the showering category. He has driven brand growth, market penetration, and sales performance across trade, retail, and specification channels. Passionate about innovation and sustainability, Wilson has successfully led eco-conscious marketing initiatives in past roles, aligning with evolving consumer and industry demands. Working closely with merchants, installers, and specifiers, he is looking forward to developing tailored marketing strategies that support Tucson’s sales objectives and enhance brand positioning.
