The branch reopening highlights one of the many ways Keyline is strengthening its service to its customers and aiming to expanding its loyal customer base in the East Midlands.
Keyline Civils Specialist, the largest supplier of civils and drainage products and solutions in the UK, is investing in its service to the East Midlands with its newly refurbished branch in Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire which opens today (29 March).
Keyline’s two and a half acre site in Kirkby-in-Ashfield will hold over £500,000 in stock and have eight permanent team members.
Keyline has invested in the branch reopening following customer success and growth in the area. The Kirkby branch is set to support a growing number of customers with the extensive range of civils and drainage products that they have come to expect from the UK’s largest supplier - and an enhanced range of plastic and specialist infrastructure and utility products.
With strong transport links to the M1, the branch will serve customers in Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire and Humberside - supplying directly to customers and supporting the local branch network with its extended product ranges.
The branch reopening highlights one of the many ways Keyline is strengthening its service to its customers and aiming to expanding its loyal customer base in the East Midlands.
Now fully stocked with all the specialist civils products and solutions needed, the Kirkby team of eight, led by Branch Manager Arron Jameson, is ready to deliver the goods and develop relationships with customers and suppliers.
With both new and much valued colleagues returning to the branch, customers are able to trust the expert knowledge that the team’s 80 years of combined civils experience brings.
Customers will also benefit from Keyline’s extensive credit facilities, nationwide-network of 44 branches, reliable delivery service and an extensive civils-specific fleet, which has led to Keyline being awarded the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme’s Gold accreditation.
Jameson said: “It’s an exciting time and opportunity for Keyline to reopen our Kirkby branch and I am proud to be leading such an enthusiastic and experienced team, as we help to satisfy the demand for specialist civils products in our region. We’ve got room to grow our stock in the branch and I plan to expand our offer more over time... so watch this space.”
Regional Director, Steve Day added: “I am so pleased to be reopening our Kirkby branch as it’s an excellent example of Keyline’s commitment to our customers and how we are constantly investing and developing our specialist offer.
"The highly experienced team are ready and raring to work with our customers to best support their everyday business and growth needs. It's a great team of people, I can’t wait to see them in action.”
