Three new roles mean a dedicated New Build and Social Housing Specification Team has been created.

To increase its sales support for developers and those working in the new build property sector as well as housing associations, Grant UK has developed a new Specification Team comprising of three Regional Specification Managers based throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

Gary Muir, Ian Lawley and Craig Payne will be working closely with Andy Smith, Grant UK’s National Sales Manager, to provide existing developments and prospective new build sites with tailored sales support with product specification, installation and the customer handovers.

All three bring a wealth of experience from the heating sector, have extensive knowledge of air source heat pumps and an in-depth understanding of the customer support new build developments require.

Muir is Grant UK’s new Regional Specification Manager for Northern England and Scotland. Throughout his career, Gary’s roles have involved working with merchants, buying groups, housebuilders and social housing associations. .

Grant UK’s new Regional Specification Manager for the East of England and the Midlands is Lawley has been involved in the plumbing and heating industry throughout his career which spans over three decades, starting as a self-employed plumbing and heating engineer before becoming a Sales Engineer for a plumbing, heating and underfloor heating distribution company.

Payne is Grant UK’s new Regional Specification Manager for the West of England and Wales.

The trio will provide national and regional developers, housing associations and others in the new build market with comprehensive sales support from start to finish with their sites. This will include helping with the specification of air source heat pumps for their properties, providing on-site technical support for contractors and installers working on developments, as well as assisting the customer handovers with homeowners.
