In accordance with the English and Scottish governments’ ‘lockdown roadmaps’, Graham Plumbers’ Merchant has reopened the majority of its bathroom showrooms – with those wanting to visit advised to book in advance.

Graham Plumbers’ Merchant will also continue to offer a range of remote services to assist its customers until all COVID-19-related measures have been lifted. To this end, the company will still offer customers the opportunity to set up virtual meetings with its sales staff.

Through these online meetings, customers are able to benefit from the technical expertise of Graham Plumbers’ Merchant’s staff without the risk of face-to-face interactions. Similarly, the company’s team remains available via phone call, or email.

Speaking on the update, Derek Charge, Bathroom and Showroom Marketing Manager at Graham Plumbers’ Merchant, commented: “It’s exciting to have so many stores back open across the country and we’re now looking forward to reconnecting with our customers following this disrupted period.

“As a company, we remain committed to dealing with the challenge of COVID-19 and will continue to rigorously uphold secure measures in-store to keep our staff and customers safe. To this end, we’d advise that anyone looking to come into a showroom rings ahead of time to ensure that their visit is as safe and productive as possible.”

Last week the company became a British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installation (BiKBBI) Standards Partner.
