ERA has appointed Andy Furness as its new Manufacturing Manager.

Furness, who brings with him over 15 years’ experience in the manufacturing and construction industry, will be overseeing the manufacturing process on a range of ERA’s mechanical products, including custom projects.

Managing a team of 35 within ERA’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, based in the West Midlands, Furness will play a role in optimising production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and implementing solutions to enhance manufacturing processes.

His appointment at ERA follows a career in production management roles across a wide range of reputable manufacturers within the construction industry.

Speaking of his new role, Andy said: “ERA is a manufacturer that prioritises the delivery of high-quality products, and I’m thrilled to be joining the team. I was particularly drawn to ERA because of its heritage as a British manufacturer.
