Cowal Building Supplies has announced its acquisition of JKM Industrial Supply Merchants.

Established as Modern Building Supplies in 1978, the business changed names several times to become JKM Industrial Supply Merchants in 1990, and is based in Paisley, Scoltand.

Cowal, which is headquartered in Dunoon, has six other branches located in across the West Coast of Scotland.
