Clearwater Products has announced the promotion of Andrew Hall to the role of Managing Director, while Procurement Manager Daniel Boulton steps up to the position of Sales & Procurement Director.
Both Hall and Boulton are longstanding Clearwater employees who have worked for the company for 20 years in various positions.
Hall steps up from his position as General Manager. Throughout his 20-year journey with Clearwater, Hall has managed various departments, gaining a deep understanding of the business and its interconnected parts.
Hall said: “I’m honoured to take up the role of Managing Director at Clearwater and relish the opportunity to leverage my extensive experience, deep understanding of the company and established relationships to lead the organisation into its next chapter.”
Boulton's journey with Clearwater began in 2005 with a successful work experience placement, leading to a part-time role. In 2008, at the age of 18, he transitioned to a full-time position as a Warehouse Junior, eventually becoming Procurement Manager, until now. This hands-on experience across various roles and departments proved invaluable and played a pivotal role in Clearwater's product development and brand progress.
Commenting on his promotion, Boulton said: “I’m thrilled to embark on this new challenge. I am looking forward to working alongside and supporting our sales team, providing first-class customer service. Working closely with our marketing and design teams, creating and sourcing the market-leading products that Clearwater is renowned for.”
