Stuart Chambers has informed the Board of Travis Perkins that he wishes to step down from his role as Non-executive Chairman of the Company.

Chambers took the position in November 2017. No date has been agreed yet on which Chambers will step down, but it is anticipated that his departure will take place during the first half of 2021.

The Nominations Committee will, with the assistance of a professional search advisor, identify a successor. The Company will update on progress as appropriate.
