Following the Government’s announcement of a third lockdown in England, Buildbase can confirm that branches will remain open during this time.

Its Kitchen and Bathroom showrooms are open to the trade but temporarily closed to homeowners who need to request a virtual appointment.
The Government is keen that construction activity continues in a safe manner as far as possible and it is clearly vital that our essential infrastructure, our homes and public buildings continue to be maintained.
As a crucial part of the industry's supply chain, Buildbase branches remain open and continue to operate in a safe manner subject to the current Safe Operating Procedures:
• Face-masks are mandatory in branch
• All customers use the sanitiser stations inside the branch door
• Follow any one way systems in place and respect 2m social distancing
• Yards and warehouses remain off-limits for customers
• Contactless or account payment is preferred
Customers may visit the branch as usual during normal opening hours and over 23,000 products are on the website where orders can be made 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Whilst on site customers may be reminded of the new operating procedures and these must be followed at all times. Those who fail to comply, for the safety of all other colleagues and customers, could be denied entry/instructed to leave the branch.
