BSS Industrial customers in Birmingham are enjoying all the benefits of a bigger and better branch, packed with more products and with expert staff on hand to offer the very best advice.
The supplier of heating and pipeline solutions has opened its new branch on the Minworth Trading Estate, only a few miles from its previous location in Gravelly.
The new spacious branch is 11.500 sq ft, approximately twice the size of the previous location. The expanded footprint enables the stocking of a more comprehensive and widely-available range of products, including items from the industry’s top suppliers, as well as valves, controls, consumables and pumping equipment from its own BOSS™ brand.
The branch will also include three new dedicated account managers who will be charged with offering advice and support to local businesses, contractors, and OEM’s. New staff members have been employed to work alongside the existing branch team who have been transferred to the new facility.
To ensure the best possible service, the Magna Park distribution facility near Lutterworth will provide ongoing support and services to the new branch. Magna Park holds £50m worth of stock and is available to all branches for on demand delivery before 9am the next day. What’s more, the branch will be able to call upon BSS Industrial’s National Pipe Distribution Centre in Coventry which stocks a wide range of piping products for industrial and commercial applications.
