The BMA ‘Understanding the Merchant’ research is underway and the online survey is now live to collect responses from merchants.
Findings from a survey of nearly 700 bathroom installers, which the BMA conducted last year, clearly shows the influence of the merchant on the installer's decision making process for bathroom products purchases.
As a follow up to this study, the BMA's latest research project, which, it hopes, will collect responses from 200+ UK merchants who sell bathroom products, seeks to better understand how merchants choose which products to stock, which to recommend, what barriers they face when selling bathroom products and much more.
Each completed response to the survey will trigger a £5 payment to Band of Builders, Crash, Lighthouse, WaterAid, Construction Youth Trust or B&CE Charitable Trust. Respondents can also add their email address to a prize draw for £100 Amazon vouchers.
The BMA is partnering with MRA Research on this project.
