Heating expert Alpha has further strengthened its growing team with the appointment of Richard Eldridge as Reginal Sales Manager for the southern region.

In 2012, Eldridge joined Alpha as a Sales Coordinator, based in the Kent head office. He worked closely with the field sales team, and despite having no prior sales experience proved to be a natural. By 2014, he was Area Sales Manager for London, before also taking on Kent and Sussex.

After six-years, Eldridge pursued another career opportunity at HPS Plumbers Merchant, where his role spanned five businesses across the south coast, and focused on driving sales with new business and ensuring an enjoyable customer experience. 2024 sees his return to Alpha in this new role.

Commenting on his re-appointment at Alpha, Eldridge said: “Returning to Alpha at such an exciting period for the business is great timing. With so much happening around hybrid and heat pump systems, as well as with the tried-and-tested gas boiler means I’ve joined with lots to get stuck into.

“There is plenty Alpha has to offer installers, developers, housing associations and merchants and I’m thrilled to be working with the rest of the amazing sales team to develop this even further”.
