AG has strengthened its GB Sales Team with seven new appointments, aligning with the company’s strategic focus on growth and development for 2025.

The company says this expansion positions it to better serve clients across the UK and Ireland, responding to evolving market needs and preparing for increased demand in the coming year.

The new recruits are Ben Michael (Regional Sales Manager), Leonie Parry-Jones (Regional Sales Manager), Bev White (Commercial Team Leader), Philip Dilworth (Head of Group Specification Sales), Tom Jaggar (Specification Consultant), Paul Michie (Specification Consultant), Murielle Jayer (Specification Consultant).

In 2024, alongside these new appointments, the company has made three significant promotions within the Sales team to drive its GB sales growth. James Jack has been named AG’s first GB Sales Director, while Martyn Fleming has been promoted to Business Development Manager and Bev White to Commercial Team Leader.

The expanded sales team will focus on building strong relationships with decision-makers across the education, healthcare, residential, and commercial sectors, offering insights into AG’s latest innovations to help clients make informed and sustainable choices.

Rodney Davidson, Commercial Director at AG, emphasised the importance of these partnerships, stating: “As the construction industry evolves, fostering long-term relationships is increasingly crucial. Our goal is to educate stakeholders about AG’s solutions, ensuring that our products are integrated into large-scale projects from the outset. Our commitment to integrity means we only endorse solutions that genuinely serve our clients' best interests, further strengthening trust in the AG brand.”

In addition to expanding its sales team, AG has made two key appointments to its executive leadership. Brenda O’Mullan, Head of HR, is now focused on enhancing workplace culture and driving employee development initiatives, while Pauline Campbell, Financial Controller, is leading strategic financial planning to support long-term growth and profitability.

CEO Stephen Acheson underscored the significance of these developments, stating: “The growth of our sales team, along with the enhancement of our leadership, is crucial to our mission of delivering innovative solutions.

“These strategic appointments position us to better serve our clients and address the evolving needs of the market. Our focus remains on building long-term partnerships and providing sustainable products that align with the future of the construction industry.”
