Demand has been extremely high for the event which takes place in Sorrento, Italy, between 16-19 June 2022.

The 2022 NMBS All-Industry Conference is almost sold out just a few weeks after being announced.

Expected to be a spectacular event, the NMBS Conference will take place in Sorrento, Italy, between 16-19 June 2022. Demand is extremely high, with only a handful of merchant places still available.

The All-Industry Conference will be held at the five-star Hilton Sorrento Palace Hotel, where guests will enjoy stunning views of the Bay of Naples and the city of Sorrento during their stay.

This year’s theme is ‘The Future Matters’, giving the Conference a particularly topical focus as the industry looks forward after two very challenging years. The business programme will explore all things ‘technology, data and digital’ – areas that have seen significant development since the pandemic forced the industry to embrace new ways of working.

Speakers will examine how new innovations can be developed further to allow businesses to plan for the future, as well as how team development and productivity can help you get the best from your business.

Sustainability is also a key theme and steps examined to make the industry greener and more eco-friendly in the wake of COP26.

Hosting the event this year is David Meade, a world-class keynote speaker who has been inspiring conference audiences for more than 15 years. He will also deliver a keynote speech on ensuring extraordinarily high performance even in challenging times.

Power tool manufacturer Makita is the Conference’s headline sponsor, with key sponsors including Metabo and HiKOKI, Knauf Insulation, Marsh Industries, Marshalls, Polypipe, SIG, Worcester Bosch and VELUX.

Andy Hextall, NMBS Commercial Director, said: “We’re delighted to be able to host the 2022 All-Industry Conference in Sorrento after so long. Our themes of technology and innovation will be invaluable in helping the industry to move forward in this post-pandemic world. We will also be looking at how the construction industry can become more sustainable, and providing all the networking opportunities and social activities that our delegates have come to expect.”
