Celebrating its 10th year of trading, Natural Paving Products (UK) reports that business is stronger than ever; and to support its continual growth has appointed Lavinia Dowson as a new member of the Northern sales team.
Reporting into Natural Paving Products’ northern sales manager, Tim Rushton, Ms Dowson will look after customers from the North of Doncaster up to the South of Newcastle. Aiming to further develop merchant relationships in the area, Ms Dowson will increase sales and grow brand awareness by employing Natural Paving Products’ Merchant Only Policy – a policy that supports merchant business by operating an exclusive sales route.
By demonstrating Natural Paving Products’ people centred ethos, Ms Dowson will also continue to support its customer base by offering back-selling opportunities and memberships to the company’s Approved Landscaping Professionals scheme.
Ms Dowson brings with her 23 years of experience in the hard landscaping industry and has held a variety of sales roles at companies such as, Marshalls, Stonemarket and Brooke Concrete Products.
Commenting on her new role, she said: “I wanted to work for Natural Paving Products as it is the leader in the natural stone market in the UK and a well respected supplier. The quality and diversity of its range is fantastic and it has the added benefit of being fully CE marked with comprehensive Declaration of Performance documentation. It’s a pleasure to work for a company that does all that it can to supply quality and ethically sourced stone with complete transparency.”
Malcolm Gough, business development director at Natural Paving Products, added: “Our external sales team has doubled in size this year and each individual brings something different - the amount of combined experience the team holds is staggering. We understand that to achieve our goals, we not only need the best products but the best people, to take us forward into a successful 2015.”
