There are two new faces at International Decorative Services (IDS).

Paul Willocks has joined as marketing and e-commerce manager to head up the marketing team, while Hayley Fagan has joined as showroom development manager.

Mr Willocks is a highly experienced CIM-trained marketing professional with an extensive background in design. He has joined IDS from Ashworth, where he was marketing manager for seven years. Managing a team of three in the marketing department at IDS, Mr Willocks is responsible for corporate marketing, brand development for a collection of private label products, website and e-commerce development and digital marketing.

Ms Fagan has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction and kitchen and bathroom industries, in posts ranging from manufacturing and business development to business-to-business sales. Reporting directly to IDS’ managing director John Bagshaw, Ms Fagan is responsible for the refurbishment, design and strategic sales development of IDS showrooms in this newly created post.

“I am passionate about the kitchen and bathroom industry,” said Ms Fagan. “In this role, I look forward to building long-lasting relationships with manufacturers and tradesmen who want immediate access to an unrivalled choice in design-led finishes from market-leading brands.”
