LONDON: Merchants wanting to update their knowledge of low carbon and sustainable business practices can access a new government web site.
Businesslink.gov.uk helps business "save time and money by giving you instant access to clear, simple, and trustworthy information," said the site.
The site's environment and efficiency section advises how to improve business environmental performance, improve sustainability in business, and on pollution control.
It also includes links to The Carbon Trust website that has details of finance and accreditation schemes for businesses to help cut carbon emissions.
