Published:  23 June, 2014

On Sunday 15 June, Martin Moran, purchasing director at M P Moran & Sons, and his brother in law, Joe Modino, took part in the gruelling London to Brighton Bike Ride.

The duo set off from Clapham Common in south London, taking in Ditchling Beacon, which is the highest point of the ride at 813 feet, and is a renowned challenge for cyclists.

Mr Moran and Mr Modino have so far raised £5,500 for Great Ormond Street Hospital, and said: “We are eternally grateful for all of the generosity from our customers, suppliers and friends who have contributed to this great charity.”
