Twyford Bathrooms has appointed Kara Virgo as business support & specification manager, reporting to commercial operations manager Brent Hudson.
Since joining Twyford 10 years ago, Ms Virgo has worked through a number of business-to-business roles including internal sales management, customer services and after-sales support, both for home and export markets. Prior to her new appointment she was head of customer services.
Said Ms Virgo: “Having worked within Twyford in a number of team management roles, I’m relishing the opportunity to bring my experience of the company and the market to this newly created role, to ensure that the sales force gets strategic support to help increase the sales lead/conversion ratio.”
Mr Hudson added: “Kara needs no introduction within Twyford, and we welcome her to her new position. We believe she will play a fundamental role in ensuring the company’s continued growth and success.”
