Actis takes on two new sales managers

Actis has appointed Rowan Meyer and Jemma Harris as sales managers for the South East and London, and the East Midlands, respectively.

Rowan MeyerMr Meyer said: “Actis is a great company to work for – it’s friendly, down to earth and has motivated colleagues and management. The vision that the company has for Actis as a worldwide brand is something I want to be a part of.”

He added: “After developing product knowledge with my key distributors and merchants, I’d like to focus on loft converters, refurbishment businesses and new-age architectural firms who place emphasis on their projects being green.”

Jemma HarrisOf her new role, Ms Harris said: “My main challenge is to build great working relationships with distributors, architects and builders’ merchants in the area. I believe that the teamwork ethic is great, everyone really enjoys their job, and to back it up we have some great products.”

As with many Actis staff, the new team members come from a sporting or military background. Mr Meyer is a keen rugby player, power lifter and former gym manager, while Ms Harris is an ex-Naval weapons technician and PT instructor.
