F & P Wholesale has raised £37,000 for national wheelchair charity Whizz-Kidz following two years of fundraising.

Throughout 2012 and 2013, F & P Wholesale organised a series of events designed to involve everyone within the business in fundraising activity – from employees through to customers and suppliers.

Jed Kenrick, managing director at F & P Wholesale, said: “We are thrilled with the total amount of money raised in support of Whizz-Kidz. The response and involvement from all employees, customers and affiliates was overwhelming – I want to thank everyone who donated and took part in the various challenges. I am blown away by the total amount raised.

“There are thousands of disabled young people in the UK currently waiting for the correct wheelchairs for them. By raising as much money as we possibly could during the past two years, we have made a real contribution toward helping Whizz-Kidz get the right equipment to the right children as quickly as possible.”
