Chandlers gives thousands of pounds of products to local causes

Published:  05 February, 2014

Last year, Chandlers Building Supplies donated building materials and products with a value of £3,000 to local charities, schools and community groups to help them complete projects they wouldn’t otherwise have been able to do.

Richard Skinner, commercial director at Chandlers, said: “Chandlers recognises that there are some fantastic community groups in our local area. Where it is practical, we are pleased to offer them some support – it is a key part of our own contribution to the community.”

Chandlers is happy to receive written contact from local organisations, detailing any projects that they are undertaking for consideration, however they are unable to provide free materials to all projects.
