Chandlers continues martial arts sponsorship

Published:  09 January, 2014

Chandlers Building Supplies has announced that it is continuing its sponsorship of Horsham-based Kenagi Academy of Martial Arts into 2014.

The Sussex builders’ merchant has been sponsoring the academy for the past four years, helping Kenagi to continue to provide martial arts training to both adults and children across various locations across Sussex.

Brian Redman, Kenagi trainer, said: “We would like to thank Chandlers for its continued sponsorship; its support really does help to ensure that the group can continue. The students have had another successful year and are continuing to train extremely hard.

“I am always trying to encourage new members of the community to come and join the group, and there is no better time than the New Year to kick-start a new fitness regime and learn a new skill.”

Richard Skinner, commercial director at Chandlers Building Supplies, added: “It’s important for Chandlers to be able to support groups in the areas local to our branches and we are delighted to continue our sponsorship of the Kenagi Martial Arts Academy.”
