Estimating department offers central point of contact for merchants

To further enhance its customer service offering for merchants, Geberit has introduced a new estimating department.
As a central point of contact for merchant customers, the new estimating department provides a quotation service and specification checking facility, working with merchants to ensure the Geberit products being specified are compatible. This aims to speed up the initial design and ordering phase of a project and enables work to progress smoothly as soon as the products are delivered to site.
Headed up by Charlotte Gordon, internal sales co-ordinator, having the new estimating department means that Geberit can offer a 24 hour fast turnaround on pricing quotations, in turn helping merchants to offer a more speedy service to their customers.
Part of the new service also includes producing personalised project product catalogues complete with images, line drawings, specification details and a list price quotation, providing all of the information that merchants need to show their customers in one handy document.
The new estimating department further strengthens the breadth of project support that Geberit already offers its merchant customers, which includes a dedicated team of area sales managers, site visits and product training.
