Dynamic website update at Stuart Turner

Published:  04 November, 2013

Stuart Turner has recently completed an upgrade to its website - www.stuart-turner.co.uk.

The new interactive site retains the same informative and easy-to-navigate style but can now be viewed across multiple platforms, including on the mobile or on the iPad and offers additional communication channels. Visitors can now seek advice from Pump Assist, Stuart Turner’s dedicated team of technical experts via a ‘Live Chat’ box or dedicated forum.

Rory Topping, customer relationship manager for Stuart Turner, said: “We recognise that making a phone call is not always convenient. By providing additional means by which we can be contacted helps us to improve our service, something we constantly strive for.

We receive thousands of enquiries every month from people seeking a Stuart Turner stockist or installer. By registering your details with us through our website, we can offer consumers the opportunity to locate a retailer or installer in their area.”

Mr Topping added: “Registration is free, simply click on the ‘register as a stockist’ or ‘register as an installer’ link from the homepage and complete a short form which will allow the visitor to find your contact details. We’ll do the rest. In addition we will ensure you receive advance notice on all new product launches and access to any special offers or promotions.”
