Necton Management is constructing 40 stylish newbuild homes on North Pickenham Road in Necton, Norfolk.
Featuring Catnic lintels, the residential development is made up of two, three and four bedroom properties.
Pickenham, a small village in Norfolk is seeing the construction of an enclave of newbuild homes, where Jewson in Dereham is supplying all standard and bespoke steel lintels to the site.
David Rutterford, managing director at Necton Management, said: “We place great emphasis on the reputation we have established for over 30 years. That is why we chose to use Catnic’s range of steel lintels which, just like our properties, offer real value and product quality.”
The development is being built to an Energy Performance Certificate B rating. As such, with thermal efficiency and corrosion protective properties, Catnic’s lintels offer a variety of benefits for specifiers and builders.
Catnic lintels are manufactured from hot-dipped galvanized steel. A coating of thermal setting polyester powder is applied by an electrostatic process for the Duplex corrosion protection. High temperature curing then produces a tough durable surface to enable the product to be highly resistant to impact, abrasion and damage; this enables ease of on-site handling.
